We are planning to organise some weekends this season here are the arrangements.
SkiCoach times are as usual :-here is a reminder of the SkiCoach pick up points and times;
Paisley (8, Oldhall Road)7.00pmBotanic Gardens7.20pm
Queen St. Station(Nth. Hanover St.)7.40pm
Arrival in Spey Valley/Fort William10.30pm - depending on road conditions.
Day tickets at Cairngorm will be £31.50 for the full area.
It should be noted however that there is a price reduction of 10% if you buy them
with the SNSC ski affinity card along with the BoS MasterCard Ski Credit Card.
The first weekend to Cairngorm that is planned for this season are as follows :-
1 3rd - 5th February 2011
In addition we plan to ski at Xscape at Braehead, Renfrew.
Be there no later thatn 8:30pm to get kitted out.
Dates are :
The last thursday of each month at 9pm.
The club subsidises this and the cost to members is £10.
Non members cost is £13.
Prices for the weekends are not to hand but should be in the region of £60 for the weekend,.including diner, bed and breakfast
Even if there is sometimes not enough snow, an enjoyable weekend away can be had
with lots of leisurely walks and other activities in the areaCLUB SKI HOLIDAY
The next annual ski club hoiday is to Les Arcs in France on 31st March, 2012 with places still available Cost is just over £800 including lift pass. - Contact David Brand
